Conference Registration

All participants are required to complete the registration form and send it to razieh.shahedi@ut.ac.ir. Then, they will be provided by an invoice in 24 hours, which must be paid and its receipt is to be submitted to the conference registration desk during the conference days.

 

Note: The following registration fees are applicable to the international participants as well as Iranian participants with foreign affiliation. Iranian participants with Iranian affiliation must consider the registrations fees presented in the Persian page.

Regular registration includes:

• Entry to all sessions

Student registration includes:

• Entry to all sessions
• Attendance at welcome reception
• Conference bag
• Certificate of attendance
• A print of final program
• Entry to the exhibition
• Morning and afternoon coffee breaks
• Lunches served at the conference venue (16 - 17 Nov.)

Workshop registration includes:

• Entry to the registered workshop
• Certificate of attendance
• Lunch (15 Nov.)

Terms and Conditions

• At least one author (corresponding author) must register and pay applicable fee(s) by the deadline (30 Sep.) to have the paper published in conference proceeding and ISPRS archives.
• Registration fees are based on date of receipt of payment (not the receipt of registration form).
• The cancellation policies regarding to the conference registration and accommodation reservation is explained in registration form in more details.
